If you've already reached out to Helium support and they have gone through the troubleshooting steps with you and determined your RAK Hotspot Miner may be defective, please fill out the form below. 

If you have not gone through the troubleshooting steps yet with the Helium team, please email them at support@helium.com in order to do so. Please note, this is the first step in the RMA process and is required.

Once you fill out all the required fields on the form and have selected submit, our team will request approval from RAK to proceed with the RMA process. We will reach out to you with a resolution via email within 2-4 weeks.
