CalChip Connect Shipping Information
Currently CalChip Connect processes and ships items Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/or shipped the following business day.
We will not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Additional processing time may be necessary on bank closure holidays.
CalChip Connect does not ship, nor are deliveries made, on weekends. Weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date.
Billing and shipping address must match
For orders shipped outside of the United States, our system can only ship to your credit card billing address. Your billing address must match the billing address on file with your credit card issuing bank.
What international handling options does CalChip Connect offer?
CalChip Connect currently ships international orders via UPS.
What happens if I refuse or abandon my order?
CalChip Connect cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned.
Who is responsible for import fees, duties, and other charges?
You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes, and other charges. CalChip Connect strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. CalChip Connect cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.
Do you deliver to international P.O. boxes?
CalChip Connect cannot ship to P.O. Boxes outside of the continental United States, and we cannot ship to mail forwarding services.
